Multiple Listing Service Portugal

The real estate industry in Portugal does not have a current Multiple Listing Service and in fact many real estate agents list their properties on a non-exclusive contract.

This means that unlike the United States of America where one may search the local or national Multiple Listing Service to locate properties for sale within a specified area, this service in Portugal does not exist and in many instances you will find the same property for sale with many different agencies.

This makes searching for a house or home both difficult and time consuming.

Unfortunately, the best solution for this is to search for your house or home in Portugal using a number of real estate agents as well as looking for advertisements placed by owners offering the properties for sale.

Living Portugal Property lists a variety of homes for sale in Portugal which concentrate along the Blue Coast of Portugal, which also includes Sintra and a limited number of properties for sale on the Silver Coast, Central and Northern Portugal.
